Verify Your Entry Requirements

Option 1: Four (4) Units

• BSBHRM411 Administer performance development processes
• BSBHRM412 Support employee and industrial relations
• BSBHRM415 Coordinate recruitment and onboarding
• BSBHRM417 Support human resource functions and processes

Evidence must be provided in the form of a VET Transcript. If your units were awarded prior to 2015, you may provide a certified copy of a Statement of Attainment, Testamur, or Record of Results.

Option 2: Two (2) years' equivalent full-time experience

To meet the entry requirements that demonstrate you have successfully completed two years of equivalent full-time work experience. Your work experience should cover a range of human resource functions, including performance development, employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, remuneration, termination, and workforce planning.

You will be required to submit at least one of the following evidence requirements.

• A Curriculum Vitae (CV) outlining all roles and responsibilities relating to the above-specified human resources areas that demonstrate two years equivalent full-time relevant work experience; or
• A job description outlining all responsibilities relating to the above-specified human resources areas that demonstrate two years equivalent full-time relevant work experience.

Option 1: Completion of one of the following

• Diploma of Human Resources Management (BSB50618); or
• Diploma of Human Resource Management (BSB50320)

Evidence must be provided in the form of a VET Transcript. If your units were awarded prior to 2015, you may provide a certified copy of a Statement of Attainment, Testamur, or Record of Results.

Option 2: Four (4) years' equivalent full-time experience

To meet the entry requirements that demonstrate you have successfully completed four years of equivalent full-time work experience. Your work experience should cover a range of senior human resource functions.

You will be required to submit at least one of the following evidence requirements.

• A Curriculum Vitae (CV) outlining all roles and responsibilities relating to the above-specified human resources areas that demonstrate four years equivalent full-time relevant work experience; or
• A job description outlining all responsibilities relating to the above-specified human resources areas that demonstrate four years equivalent full-time relevant work experience.

Option 1: Six (6) Units

• BSBWRT411 Write complex documents
• BSBCMM411 Make presentations
• BSBCRT412 Articulate, present and debate ideas
• BSBMKG433 Undertake marketing activities
• BSBMKG435 Analyse consumer behaviour
• BSBMKG439 Develop and apply knowledge of communications industry

To meet the entry requirements that demonstrate you have successfully completed two years of equivalent full-time work experience. This should cover a range of marketing functions, including and know-how to engage and influence valuable customers, develop brand loyalty and execute strategic marketing campaigns, delivering key information on marketing principles, business communications and consumer behaviour insights.

You will be required to submit at least one of the following evidence requirements.

• A Curriculum Vitae (CV) outlining all roles and responsibilities relating to the above-specified marketing and communication areas that demonstrate two years equivalent full-time relevant work experience; or
• A job description outlining all responsibilities relating to the above-specified marketing and communication areas that demonstrate two years equivalent full-time relevant work experience.

Option 1: Completion of a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package

Evidence must be provided in the form of a VET Transcript. If your units were awarded prior to 2015, you may provide a certified copy of a Statement of Attainment, Testamur, or Record of Results.

Option 2: Two (2) years' equivalent full-time experience

You will be required to submit at least one of the following evidence requirements.

• A Curriculum Vitae (CV) outlining all roles and responsibilities relating to the above-specified business areas that demonstrate two years equivalent full-time relevant work experience; or
• A job description outlining all responsibilities relating to the above-specified business areas that demonstrate two years equivalent full-time relevant work experience.
