Whether you are wanting to learn something new or develop your skills for the workplace, I highly recommend College for Adult Learning! I recently completed my Double Diploma in Practice Management and Business Administration in 18 months while working full time. Working in a medical practice, this course allowed me to further develop my skills as a Practice Manager and implement several of the policies and procedures, as well as other business documents created throughout the course; the Risk Management Plan came in extra handy for accreditation! All of their coaches and staff are wonderful! They are very supportive and sincerely want you to succeed! Their student portal was easy to navigate through and the course content was well structured and thorough. Although their courses are designed to be flexible and allow you to study at your own pace, I highly recommend setting aside an hour or two everyday to stay motivated and keep the momentum going! Overall, this was a great and valuable experience! I especially wanted to extended a big big thank you to my coach Meagan! Your continuous support definitely helped me throughout my learning journey! Keep up the great work CAL!

At CAL you can study at your own pace. You have multiple ways of learning, videos( with transcripts), activities, sessions with your coaches, etc. Personally I'm learning a lot and the best part is that I can do it on my own time. Thanks CAL and particularly thanks to my coach Meagan R, who is guiding me through my learning journey.

College for Adult Learning is a great option of study for people working, busy parents or just very busy people in general. Their study options are flexible and the timing you are given is great. I completed my Double Diploma in Construction Management and Project Management in just over 18 months while working full time, fitting study time into afternoons and listening to the tutorials while driving. It was a bit of a squeeze but much easier to do than other study I have done. The staff are great and their coach and support staff are really great too. I wouldn't recommend this to someone who does not have time management skills. Although the course is flexible you still need to be able to assign at least an hour a day or every couple of days to get the work done. You are given 2 years to complete the course however you can easily extend if you need it. Great online portal, no face to face needed. 3 required 5 minutes coaching phone calls. I am really happy with the outcome for the price I paid (approx $3500 for double dip. on a payment plan of $50 a week). Thanks CAL!

I found my whole experience with CAL to be a positive one. It's been many years since I have been in a "school" environment, so it took some discipline to get through this course. I set myself a 2 hour minimum study period each day which took a fair bit of effort and focus, as I work full-time plus have a family to look after. It was hard initially, but after a couple of weeks, I found my rhythm and it was smooth sailing after that. I also didn't put any pressure on myself-if I had a bad day at work-I didn't touch any study as I found no joy when I hit the books in that frame of mind, and that made it hard work. So, I found giving study a miss for one or two days actually beneficial, and when I did go back, I was more involved and interested in my course than before. I have nothing but praise for the support I received from the whole team at CAL - from the admin staff to the tutors. They responded quickly and the coaching calls helped me to get to the next questions/units quickly. A big thank you to each of you for the part you played in helping me achieve a long-held goal. I highly recommend CAL to anybody who is looking to take on some study. The content is laid out well and easily followed. The exercises for each topic and the assessments went a long way in ensuring that the information absorbed was drilled home.

CAL provided a great opportunity to learn at your own pace. I would highly recommend their Diploma of Project Management if you are new to the field and looking for an opportunity to learn as you do. The Diploma greatly supported the project I was working on at the time, running me through all the steps as I implemented them.

I have just completed a double diploma with CAL. I found all of the staff there very supportive indeed and did not experience any rudeness whatsoever. Unforeseen circumstances meant that i had to request an extension , CAL were very professional in their response and understanding. Studying online is not for everyone and can be difficult if you are returning back to study after a long period. However CAL are there to support you it just takes a little bit of time to get a response from your coach, but once you are speaking with them they clarify and help you with your course work. I would recommend sourcing a study group either students from CAL or somewhere else where you can bounce ideas off each other regarding the course. This will help you as you work through the self directed learning and complete your tasks and activities in the course. Thanks to all the team at CAL who helped me through my course and got me to the end.

Having just completed the Human Resources Management Diploma course and previously completed the Human Resources Certificate IV with the College of Adult Learning, I would like to recommend most highly the course work, the support offered and the standard of assessment given by this organisation. The courses are substantial and complete, with feedback from the coaching staff whenever it is required to help you through all the topics you must know in order to start or advance your career in HR.My suggestion for anyone doing these courses is to take your time, and to also use the transcripts of the videos as a source of research as you do the activities and end of unit quiz.

I have just submitted Unit 10 and I must say it has been a tough course but feel I have put in what I wanted to get out of the course. I wanted to push myself so only asked for coaching advice a couple of times. Hard to juggle with kids and work but if you plan your time well it will work. Recommended course content and coaching were quick to respond. Thanks CAL

At the moment I don’t know what to think...... I got a bit behind and I didn’t receive any support or contact from coaches which I was promised when I was on the phone discussing the course and what CAL offer until after I wrote an reply email of one of your marketing emails. I’ve submitted an email with a question which was 5 days ago which hasn’t been answered about my assessment (within 48hours is stated on your website) I can’t arrange a call as my work can change on a daily basis and can’t guarantee I’m available which I made my coach and initial sales pitch person on the phone whom I talked to. And the live chat is NEVER available even though it’s within the days and times I’ve logged on. If this doesn’t improve I’ll leave the course and demand a refund as I’m not getting what service I’ve been promised, which I’ve been successful with other RTOs waiting Almost 4 weeks for return advice. I’m not asking for much but where else do you do to be noticed and someone to contact me? Social media is usually the go to. I need help and I’m not getting it.If you just open all modules I can keep going and the staff can get back to me when they can. It’s frustrating when I need this question answered before I answer some questions on the assessment task.

Thank you CAL for the support and great delivery of the Diploma of Project Management. Running my own business while studying proved challenging, however the CAL team made the experience enjoyable, and offered great expert support throughout in achieving my goals. The introduction of the PM framework into my business has already proven beneficial, and allowed my business to be more competitive and structured in the current market place. Having the flexibility to study the Diploma of PM around my business needs and utilising my own projects as part of the course were a huge motivation for choosing CAL.

I recently completed the Double Diploma in Project Management | Leadership and Management. From my initial enquiry and dealings with Tristan who was super helpful, informative and supportive, through to starting the course with the help of Student engagement coach David who helped me every step of the way and checked in to see how I was getting on, The College for Adult Learning was a fantastic learning experience which exceeded my expectations. With each Unit completed the next would be unlocked straight away and marked within the times stated (generally in half the time). The feedback from the coaches was the best of all always super encouraging and supportive but also included much needed advice in areas that may require extra study or focus. Anything I was unsure of I simply booked a time that suited me for a coach to call me to discuss anything I was unsure about. I highly rate and recommend CAL and look forward to studying with them again in the near future! Thanks so much guys !!
