Sarah, our CEO, is a passionate advocate for learning and education. She brings a wealth of expertise in workplace training and work-ready education to CAL. She has a deep understanding of the challenges facing CAL’s students, which allows her to lead effective solutions to address learning difficulties.
With the completion of her Master’s in Vocational Education and current Ph.D. in Vocational Education, Sarah possesses a comprehensive knowledge of education, both within Australia and on an international scale. Collaborating closely with CAL’s coaching team, she ensures that our courses are tailored to meet the unique needs of each student whilst upholding the highest standards of quality.
As the leader of our vision, Sarah actively seeks opportunities to enhance training outcomes for students, clients, and the industry as a whole. Her strategic initiatives deliver measurable return on investment, solidifying CAL’s commitment to delivering future-focused skills.

Stephen joined the College for Adult Learning in January 2011 and has played a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of CAL’s business processes. From overseeing student onboarding and maintaining budgets, Stephen’s meticulous attention to detail ensures a hassle-free experience for everyone.
Notably, Stephen’s analytical mindset extends to assessing student outcomes and work readiness. He recognises the significance of real, tangible outcomes after completing our courses. He has developed and implemented growth strategies that have resulted in improved student outcomes and CAL’s growing success.

Helen is a passionate advocate for adult and lifelong learning. She has a Master’s of Education and is working towards her PhD. She has worked with some of the leading names in the Australian education sector and has designed, developed, and authored many workplace leadership and training programs, both in Australia and overseas.
Helen is an experienced executive, educator and writer. She has assisted in the development of many of the programs offered by CAL and continues to consult on new and exciting strategies for online learning and workplace readiness.
Helen is a passionate mentor and coach and is committed to helping her clients achieve their goals and succeed in their careers.
Rob, a founding Director of The College for Adult Learning, is a strong supporter for workplace training. He has seen many companies improve their productivity and overall performance using targeted, needs-based training.
He is an experienced, confident, and engaging speaker who brings his wealth of knowledge and understanding of business, sales and marketing to CAL. Rob is focused on finding the right solution for businesses and individuals and works hard to provide CAL with a true measure of their return on training investment.
He is an advocate of well-developed and clearly articulated business and sales strategy and is both highly motivated and skilled in motivating others.
