To be eligible to enrol in our online project management qualification, our students are required to:

• Be 18 years or older at registration. 
• Demonstrate an ACSF Level 3 competency in English language, literacy, and numeracy skills. 
• Have regular access to a laptop, computer, or another device with an adequate and reliable internet connection.
  • The equivalent of Microsoft Office or Office for Mac. 
  • A PDF reader installed.
  • Full permissions to install and access third-party software. 
  • An adequate camera to undertake video calls for assessments.

Double Diploma of Project Management + Leadership & Management

Gain the skills to lead your team and manage, implement and deliver successful projects on time and to budget. You’ll learn foundation strategies and methodologies, applicable to small-scale projects through to multimillion-dollar projects.

Course delivery

This project management course is 100% online and self-paced,  so you can study on your own terms. Make your way through the units on our Spark Learning Hub, with regular checkpoints to test and strengthen your learning. You’ll complete a combination of quizzes, written activities, and assessment tasks.

All assessments are based on your workplace or the case studies we provide. Assessments may include simulations/role-play activities. These are conducted with a learning coach and may need to be completed with others
(e.g. coworkers, friends or family) in real-time through Zoom or in a pre-recorded video.

The Double Diploma of Project Management and Leadership & Management starts from $3,595 on this month's offer, with flexible payment plans for all budgets. You'll always have the opportunity to see your complete schedule of fees before you make any payments.

We also offer a 30-day cooling-off period to all  our students for peace of mind. This means that you can withdraw in the first 30 days of your enrolment for a full refund (less a $250 administration fee). 

Additionally, you'll be entitled to one free deferral (up to three months) and one free extension (up to six months) during your studies with us.

Assists the project manager with ensuring the entire project process is executed correctly. This role allows ownership over smaller areas of a project, as well as a range of administrative duties. 

Responsible for multiple functions within the management of a project. This role particularly looks after administrative areas, project and budget planning, reporting and maintaining project documentation.

PROJECT MANAGER

$101,000–$150,000

Plans, coordinates and executes each project, while managing budgets and project deadlines to ensure projects are completed on time. This role’s responsibilities vary depending on the size of the project and company.

RPL (recognition of prior learning) and credit transfers

If you're a highly experienced professional and currently hold an extensive level of knowledge, competence, and ability in your field, you may be eligible for RPL (recognition of prior learning). You can RPL particular units, or a whole course. To be successful in your RPL application, you'll need to provide comprehensive evidence of prior work experience, including workplace documents and strategies you've created. 

We also offer credit transfers. If you’ve previously completed a unit(s) within the course you wish to enrol in, you may apply for a credit transfer, so you don’t have to complete the unit again. You can also apply for a credit transfer for a unit that you’ve completed that is not listed in the course you are enrolling but is in the training package.
